  Went there tonight for two ice creams with hot fudge and this is what I got. Almost $10 spent for half cup of ice cream.

  Literally was there 12 minutes ago. Didn’t have the Huntrix collab so I just asked for a ten piece chicken nugget meal WITH SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE. I drive all the way home and they gave me BBQ SAUCE. the worst part is they literally wrote it down on the system when I was ordering and they STILL GOT IT WRONG. So now my foods cold, fries are plain and disgusting and no correct sauce (and yes it’s serious bc I only eat chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce) so I threw the food away and it was $10!! Just great! I just wanted a last meal after work before I went to sleep but now they just ruined it. And no I shouldn’t be double checking my bag, it should ALREADY BE correct with all the right items in there.

  didn’t take my order at all and was waiting inside for 20 mins while no one came to the front. Drive thru had 1-3 cars and was only 2 people waiting inside for an order.

  This place used to be golden. Now you have 20 cars piled up waiting forever to order. Workers are slow as a turtle can be. Managers and workers are very rude and disrespectful. That's why these people deserved the life they got. Very rude not nice at all. People need to slow down and start listening to customers. Be a little kinder, nicer, and work a little harder.

  every time I come here the workers are upbeat and serve fresh food. they also always get my order right. soooo refreshing and appreciated!!
