- TPThierry Pierre-LouisSep 12, 20261.0It took me a while to write my complaints about this because, as a parent of 2 teenagers myself, I really wanted to extend grace to these young workers at this particular establishment; however, I've had it with them. Every time I go there to order my coffee and sandwich, the customer experience is always the same: EXTREMELY POOR to say the very least. Those young workers show no regards and respect for the customers. All they do is stand behind the registers or near the machines having full blown conversations while customers standing there. I've had this happened to me on more than one occasion. I walk up to the register to place my orders, and I usually wait 2 to 3 minutes before a worker approaches me to take my order while there are workers standing there having their own meetings. If the store was busy, I would definitely understand it like any reasonable person would; frustratingly, that's never my case. I live very close to this store, but I know for a fact that this dunkin donuts will never get another cent from me. Don't believe me! Review the footage if you care about your store Mr./Mrs. Manager. The date is 09/12/26 approximately around 12:40pm. Just a few minutes ago, I walked in to place my order, and I had to wait for, at least one minute, for a worker to take my order. To make matters worse, there 2 or 3 ladies standing totally ignoring me. On top of that, when I finally got my order the turkey sausage was ice cold. I took one bite from it and had to spit it out. I went back inside to inform the lady that my sandwich was cold. To her defense, she did offer to remake the sandwich, but I was so upset that I told her not to bother. I'm tired of the constant disrespect from these young workers. If they don't want to work, they should probably seek employment somewhere else in my humble opinion.

I presented my voice more clear and loud just to make sure she can hear my order in the environment. They got the drink wrong, got it fixed but they got the wake up wraps wrong too. The lady out in the wrong order not once but 3 times. Keep messing things up, worse way to start my day.
