- FTFrancisco TrianaJun 2, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. While waiting for coffees after ordering muffins and drinks, I briefly placed my bag on a glass counter. An employee named Susan loudly yelled, “Hey, don't put that stuff on top of my glass!” across the store. The issue was not the request but the rude, public way it was delivered. A polite comment would have been sufficient. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and respect, but unfortunately did not receive it at this location. Management should pay closer attention to the customer service skills and professionalism of the people they hire, because one employee's behavior can negatively affect the entire customer experience.

Saying I’m distracting while it’s a dead period and she stands there looking at her employees just running her mouth. Reasons we’re 40+ at a Dunkin Donuts my God. Cafua neeeds to learn customer service as a whole don’t we.

We figured it was someone else's b/c she didn't order an iced. Few minutes later, I was handed my coffee and we waited for hers. Waited for at least 5 minutes, all 5 employees just ignored us while we stood there. My wife eventually read the label on the iced drink and it matched her order other than the iced part so she took it. We didn't want to be in there any longer with the other "patrons" .
