  Gave me donuts upside down all sloppy on top of it the frosting was all gone I asked for new ones and the girl goes we have a line I offered to come in for new ones n they call the boy over to say even if you come in we just going to put the same donuts in diffrent bags very nasty if you ask me so I said I don’t want the donuts now refund me all the time he took to refund me could have just got the new donuts there very unprofessional at this location you order a donut with frosting and they throw the donut upside down in the bag by the time u get home the donut has no frosting waste of money and crappy attitude they got

  Went here at 7:34 pm and was served lukewarm coffee was told they are not making a hot coffee as they was closing policy says they stop making coffee at 30-60 minutes before end shift which was 9pm! Close the window no receipt lights are always off and told try over at another Dunkin had to rebuy my coffee and family coffee this is unacceptable they should let people know there is no hot coffee and update the closing hours since they make up there own hours if you don’t like your job then don’t be there none of us like working but also not going to deal with childish arrogant people that obviously ain’t following procedures and policy there’s a thing called verbal, written and out the door

  They hire a crew of workers , who shut all the blinds , keep lights off drive the sales low because they don't like the job they work. I think corporate should evaluate this location and its employees probably don't let them have access to the lights since they shut them off to make people think its closed. Went by during the snow storm after plowing and the lights were off. They shut the dunkin sign light off as well. Its every night and when they don't feel like dealing with customers.

  Went in at 12pm for food got told they cleaning ovens don’t get why you would clean all ovens at the same time during lunch hour then at night time they don’t want customers to go there so they leave all outdoor lights off including drive three which is a safety hazard and someone can legit fall from them purposely leaving lights off so people can think there closed till someone gets injured and sues the crap out of Dunkin’s
