  They don't know whet they are doing here. Go somewhere else. Every time I order food here, its stale, reheated from HOURS ago, or they cook the bagel before so it goes stale, and they also cook their bagels in the oven with everything else. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO COOK THE BAGEL SEPERATE FROM ANYTHING ELSE. It's not hard, its in the training books, and any other training. I know this because I managed a location for 6 years. We NEVER had food come back to us like this. Because it was always made correctly. I don't know why I keep going back to this location, because every time I order food, I can't eat it. Every bagel I get from this location tastes like it was cut yesterday and toasted when it was cut, then again when ordered. You can't get your teeth through it. Love money being thrown right in the trash. We won't make the mistake of ordering from here again. You can even see how dry and compacted the bagel is in the photo. Gross. Never again. Seriously, drive down the road towards Chelmsford. The dunks in the mobile station has never had this issue. Abd their coffee tastes like actual coffee.

  Tiana and Sonita are amazing employees, they are so respectful. they know my order and they are very well trained and know how to deal with the busyness. i’ve been going here for years and they have always treated me with the most respect. i hope their boss can see how hard they work and how they take their job seriously.

  Never ordering here again. You have works smelling like cigarettes, a dead and mute person working the register. God bless her heart but is that really an appropriate place to have her working? And these people want minimum wage raises smh. A clear indication of where our country and work force has fallen. Do better and be better. If any other business was rated 3/5 stars, it’d be shut down

  Truly unprofessional. Why did this girl say “idk can you” when I went to order my coffee? Then she proceeded to giggle and make childish noises. Laughing and making smart remarks. Whoever they have working at the front needs to be evaluated or need to learn how to perform better customer service. Acting like a child when trying to order coffee is uncalled for. It makes an individual feel that their coffee wasn’t make safely or properly. Next time I experience this, it’s being reported to the higher up. Very weird energy.

  Do yourself a favor and don't ever go here especially drive through You will be locked in and trapped with nowhere to go and they are the slowest store I've ever been to. Food was barely above meh. Coffee was disgusting.
