- AAArlo Aksu6 days ago1.0I’m normally not the type to leave scathing reviews, though I genuinely feel the need to this time in order to caution other folks. I was in the middle of my run and I stopped by this Dunkin to grab a cup of ice water and chug it, which is normally $1.50, and be on my way. THEY CHARGED ME $11.65 for a WATER. I didn’t realize until an hour later, so I went back and showed them the transaction from my bank app and my Apple wallet for proof of purchase and time. They asked for a receipt, of course I don’t have one because I just got a cup of water that was supposed to be $1.50. They went back to pull the camera footage, and print out receipts from the system. Long story short it was actually a different card that they charged me again and they couldn’t undo their mistake. I was told to wait some business days and that it’ll “probably be refunded”. It wasn’t. I went back just simply asking if they could fix the mistake and they told me to call my bank. This has since been over a week ago and their mistake hasn’t been fixed. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Thanks for your time.

When it was my turn to order She made hand motions for me to talk faster when I was ordering my coffee(rude) and then when I gave her the ticket I had to get my coffee for $1 after 2pm she let out a HUGE Sigh which I also thought was extremely rude and unprofessional. I definitely won't be visiting this location again if that's how they treat customers.

Staff is friendly when/if they actually talk to you. Usually pretty good with order accuracy. Pretty cool nod to the community with a “hall of fame.”
