  Severely understaffed , I gave this place 3 chances on three different Saturdays to prove to me that they can be good , I was let down all 3 times , the line is always backed up, the staff never get the coffee cups when I asked for iced coffee until I have to remind them constantly, the half and half is always empty, no sugar either on the table !! The bagels aren’t anything to scream about either . The experience I’ve had with the employees were terrible . None of them all they times I tried to give them business looked unhappy and are always rushing to get the orders in. What about getting more people to work ? That might help the place and also training on customer service ! Never going again , don’t become like dunkin doughnuts !! And one more thing , the bagels are always flat ! Obviously they’re not being cooked properly !

  I requested red onion on the turkey Chipotle sandwich, there was none. Coffee was stale, lukewarm, and they were completely out of two of the three coffees available.

  Ramsey is always very friendly, attentive, and helpful. It makes the experience quite positive. The store is very clean although the sitting area appears rather outdated.

  Greats bagels, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches; we used to go here all the time to get bagels for breakfast. They have a window inside that you used to be able to see them making the bagels, and was overall a great place to get some quick breakfast.
