  I get bagels (bakers dozen and big bagel bundle or brunch box) on weekends for my team as soon as they open. The staff are very friendly despite their hectic opening where I saw many customers come and go. The bagels are fresh and warm out of the oven. The cream cheese selection is very large. The nurses and house staff all enjoy the selection and freshness. I like the rewards points on the app and the ease of ordering.

  Apparently someone had ordered 100 bagels this morning so the selection was rather limited. Not sure as to why they’re filling orders they’re not equipped to handle, so for that I blame the manager. I got a plain toasted bagel with butter. The bagel was barely toasted, the butter globbed onto it dripping everywhere and bits of tomato all over it which I definitely don’t remember ordering. At the very least they could’ve wiped the knife before cutting it maybe? Waste of money, had to go somewhere else for something edible. 0 stars if I could

  Ramsey is such a personable guy! Every morning I come in and I’m greeted with a smile and he remembers my order and name which really makes me feel special. 10 stars for Ramsey. Thank you for brightening up the place!

  Ordered ahead on the mobile app on Saturday 4/11/26 on our way out of town to a soccer tournament an hour away. We skipped breakfast at home (we live 20 minutes away) thinking we'd stop for bagels and coffee on the way. The app let us place our order and pay, but when we arrived at the store there was a sign on the door that they were closed unexpectedly (but I feel the app should not have let us place the order, or mark it as complete if the store was not open). So, we were left without breakfast and had to find something else along the way. My credit card was charged for the order, but we obviously were never able to receive our food. I reached out to the customer service "Contact Us" link on the website and got a response back that I should expect to see a refund within 7-10 business days. Still have not gotten a refund. Sadly, this used to be our go-to place for bagels. My husband used to stop frequently for baker's dozen on Monday mornings, but found that all too often the bagels he would bring home were completely squashed or that most of the bagels were not actually out yet in the mornings and they had a limited selection actually ready to go at opening time (or he would have to wait 20 minutes after ordering ahead on the app). He now takes a longer trip to work to hit the Breugger's in Bedford instead.

  Fantastic staff, always very friendly and the provide excellent service! I love their iced coffee, and they have a phenomenal selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads to chose from. 10/10 recommend.
