- KMkathy maki3 days ago1.0My job is in retail and so I am all over Massachusetts New Hampshire Connecticut Rhode Island and I just happened to be in Leominster and stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts and ordered two wraps with just egg and sausage on them. From there I drove to Target and open the bag and saw there was cheese on them and I ordered them with no cheese. I drove all the way back which really isn't that far but still, got back in the Drive-Thru and told them that I was just there and the wraps they gave me had cheese on them. The lady was very nice and said to proceed up to the window and she would remake them. This was a young girl. So when I got to the window she came over with my bag and said I'm sorry about that here you go and I said that's fine and proceeded to hand her the bag with the wraps with cheese on them. She told me I cannot take those, I can't take anything back. I said well here you can throw them away. She told me no I'm not throwing them away for you so I set them on that ledge they have out the window. She took the bag and threw it on the ground. I probably go to Duncan's twice a day wherever I'm working I'm one of those people who runs on Duncan's and I have to say out of all the Duncan's I've been to in the last 10 years I have never had anyone take the food and just throw it on the ground especially a Duncan's worker. From now on i will always check my wraps to make sure there's no cheese before I even drive away from the window.
