  The tables in this location are always dirty and covered in food. 9 of 10 times the trash is overflowing as well here. Recently picked up an online order and the staff just seemed defeated and the portions were smaller.

  Eating twice there , and both times I got stomach issues , The guy is putting less meat for men and good portion for women , If you wanna be sick and sit in Your restroom the whole night , grab your food from here .

  Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience this time, it seems like Everytime we go there's something from our order that they are out of. This time it was hard taco shells. The quality of the steak was a little disappointing with some unchewable bites, the chips had an odd flavor to them, and the person who assembled our order was very lackluster and seemed like we were bothering him. Overall, just ok

  Portions are all over the place but never like chipotle used to be customer service is non existent they talk trash to each other while trying to serve customers they think this is just a hang out spot and not a job horrible horrible location worst I’ve ever been to… they shut down for a couple days a few months back I was hoping for retraining to make the place better but clearly not go literally anywhere else there’s plenty of other food options literally right next door do not give them your business let them suffer so they can actually change for the better and stop pumping out a incredibly below average product with horrible customer service if I could give zero stars I would.

  I don't know if this location has a new manager or a new owner,which he is so rude and the service has gone downhill.I usually order a kid's meal for my daughter. The last time I went, they were out of chips, so I asked if I could get a little extra guacamole instead. Instead, they charged me about $4 for the extra guacamole, even though the chips weren't available.Then I went back the other day and ordered a simple bowl with rice and chicken. They only gave me one scoop of rice and one scoop of chicken, and the portions were extremely small. I had to ask for a little more, and even then it wasn't much and he gave me attitude .I ended up paying around $12 for what felt like a half-filled bowl. This was my last visit to this Chipotle. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to another location than come back here. The inconsistent portions and poor customer service just aren't worth it.
