  I placed my order at 11:55 AM, and the order was not completed until 1:05 PM, over an hour later. By the time I got back to work, the chicken was extremely cold and stiff, and it was not enjoyable to eat. One of my coworkers also ordered a $17 tuna salad, but because of the long wait, she ultimately did not want to eat it. We understand that restaurants can get busy, especially around lunchtime, but waiting over an hour for food and then receiving meals that are cold, stiff, and not enjoyable is very disappointing. I hope you can look into what happened with this order and consider making it right, as this experience was far below what we expected.

  So upset! The food is still good even with the new ownership but unfortunately theirs lack of attention to detail from the staff. Always forget specific details even if you ask for it. And last time I order through DoorDash and at first one of my item was stocked out and they notified my order and then I literally waited for my food for over an hour, I ended up calling the pizza shop over 20 times no one answered and last minute my order got cancelled. That is very frustrating. Specially if you’ve been waiting so long and closing time was not for another two hours.. handle your business with better care for your loyal customers
