  I don’t know why it has such a low rating. The coffee and service was better than any dunks in the area and even better quality than some Dunkin in Boston. This place is actually mixing the drinks!

  Suelo acudir al lugar ordenando siempre por la pantalla ya que nunca hay personas en el frente, la mañana de hoy decidí acudir y pedir al personal porque mi dinero estaba en efectivo.. la joven hiba saliendo y me pregunta que si voy a ordenar y le dije que si, se molestó y se devolvió fastidiada a atenderme lo pensé dos veces y le dije si necesitas hacer algo más puedes ir a hacerlo no tengo problemas sin mirarme me dijo que no y me tomó la orden.. para devolverme se le cayó unos centavos y fastidiada sacó otro de la caja y me devolvio yo solo le dije con educación espero que tengas un buen día.. quizás ella estaba pasando por un mal día o un mal momento personal, y se que el customer service es de las cosas más retadoras en la vida pero recordemos siempre nadie tiene la culpa de nuestras desgracias y todos estamos peleando alguna batalla, no paguemos con nuestros empleos ya que están difícil de conseguir o con el cliente que no te ha hecho absolutamente nada..

  Terrible set up. Focused solely on the drive thru. Counter service is non-existent. Customers going inside don't want to enter their order on a computer screen. Either its confusing for them or there are too many people waiting to use the computer. Also people want to pay cash. Sunday, 4/12, people were refusing to use the computer so they were yelling for service. Another customer must have called for service 5-6 times because she had questions about baked goods. Finally the snooty girl with the headset came out and helped her. When I told the girl that my iced coffee had no sweetener, she huffed off and came back tried to talk down to me, tapping my cup with her long nails " next time add sweetner to your order". I know I did because I ordered extra sweetener on the computer. This is just a really, really, really bad set up and the employees are beyond rude.

  Go here for a coffee only if you have 15 mins to wait for someone who can’t speak English to ask if you’re Jose 15 times before they bring you your actual coffee. This has happened to me 3 times, hence the review. Place is bad.
