- KGKaytphia GraceJun 5, 20261.0I’m never one to leave a review like this because I understand nowhere is perfect. However, this Dunkin has to be the worst I have ever been to. I want to start off by saying that before I even entered the building there were people hanging around outside asking every customer going in for money. After entering I was waiting in line for at least 20 minutes and was not acknowledged by anyone. When I got to the counter I could see more clearly what the reason was— the place was clearly understaffed and the workers looked overworked and stressed out. Is this how the management of this Dunkin operates? You cannot treat people this way and expect them to deliver the best service, or any service at all. I left them a generous tip because I felt guilty and upset for them. Second of all, the store was filthy. A little mess here and there is understandable, especially during busy times, but clearly they had no time at all to attend to the store (which again, has to be management’s fault). There was trash on the floor, the trash inside was overflowing, and there was a foul smell coming from the bathrooms. The tables and chairs were dirty. I felt gross being in there but I felt obligated because my partner who is disabled needed me to stop for water and also wanted a donut. I had to skip the donut because flies were landing and swarming near them. Lastly, the worst thing about this place is that they clearly have a problem with pests. Not only did they have flies in and out of the donut case, but as I was leaving the store I was horrified to see that there were cockroaches crawling about. I clearly saw one on the floor crawling out from behind the counter. The place had to have been infested. This is truly the worst Dunkin ever. Seriously reconsider stopping here, I really wish I didn’t.

During my visit, I was shocked to see the floor covered in trash and sand, while the counters were dirty and grimy. This is unacceptable, especially considering the city's reputation for being dirty. I'm calling on corporate to take immediate action and replace the current management and staff. It's crucial that this location is well-maintained and inspected regularly. I did notice one employee, a young male with long hair, who was trying to do his job and clean the floor, despite being told to leave it by his coworkers. did not take any photos because I did not want to embarrass anyone that was currently working.
