  I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I pulled into the drive-thru at this Dunkin’ location around 6 PM, and I could clearly hear employees talking through the speaker system, yet nobody bothered to take my order. I waited there for several minutes hoping someone would acknowledge me, but nothing happened. When I finally drove up to the window, the employee seemed more focused on paperwork and writing something down than helping customers. I politely asked why nobody was taking orders, and I didn’t even receive an answer or basic customer service. What makes this even more frustrating is that the location wasn’t even close to closing time — they close at 7:30 PM. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I truly hope management sees this review because customers deserve respect, communication, and basic service. If someone is unhappy doing their job, maybe this isn’t the right position for them. Very disappointing experience.😞

  Mobile order for iced latte came with no ice. I asked them to remake which I feel bad doing bc I know they’re busy but the drink was essentially hot milk there was not one ice cube. No big deal. They poured it over another cup of ice but bc of that there was no syrup. I pulled back around knowing they were busy behind me to ask them to remake it. As I pulled around all three girls working (black girl with bleached blond hair, white girl very young long eye brows short with long brown hair in a pony, and a pregnant white female long brown hair in a pony) ALL ROLLED THEIR EYES AND WERE AUDIBLY TALKING BAD ABOUT ME LOL. I know the job is hard but atleast talk quietly when talking badly about a customer. I wasn’t trying to be rude but the coffee was not made well. I come daily and love the other staff but these girls were not only poorly trained, but also just plain MEAN. People make mistakes and it’s fine but don’t be jerks if someone asks for a remake. Its not personal.

  Not much allergen friendly. I don't trust that they won't put milk in my coffee when I order an alternative.

  My hot latte was cold (not cool, not iced, just coffee and milk out of the fridge). Egg bites and loaded hash browns were cold in the middle

  I had stopped daily for awhile now. Hands down the worst dunkin around. Charged for large coffees and served mediums constantly. Attitude 9 times out of 10, go to the dunks next-door
