  I’ve tried to not post about the terrible service at this Dunkin, but it’s been well iver a year if this being the slowest, worst service of any Dunkin in the area. Constant orders done wrong, mobile ordering and you still have to stand in line and tell them what your order was, very long wait times. At this point I have to assume it’s not the staff, it’s management. Avoid if possible.

  I usually go in the morning for a cup of hot coffee , once in a while food very good costumer service .but when I go in the evening for a whole week in a roll I ask for a protein shake and the girl always tell me the machine it's broke but during the day with other employees the machine work perfectly. So maybe she needs a better training on how to used or she doesn't want to cleaned after her shift . Just wondering cuz if it work during the day why always broken in the evening the girl look new tho .but it's very inconvenient that if you like something cold you're tired of work and needs something with protein you can't get it there . Other than that it's a great dunking Donuts

  Dont go here. I got a bagel it had chemicals on it and tasted like it. I had it over an hour ago and can still taste some chemicals. Didn’t get a refund.

  The worst dunking donuts ever. The bald manager with the black beard is rude and lazy. I asked to have my sandwich cut in half his response was “I can’t cut sandwiches but I can give you a plastic knife to cut it” I also overheard him ask a customer if they were blind. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a MANAGER. To make matters worst the owner doesn’t care! Save yourself and make the drive to the location at 1 Joseph St
