Stood there for 10 minutes texting while two employees ran around, frantically trying to do everything, and Then she was extremely rude to me when I tried to ask about my last missing item, which was a muffin which takes zero effort to get and told me that I was rude even though all I did was ask if I could get my muffins so I could leave. I’m sure nothing will be done about this woman, but I also don’t think she’ll last very long.

Today I was told to “have a good day” when I asked to make sure no cheese because of allergies. I will never go here again. This is a huge inconvenience for me. - YYYummyTummyApr 9, 20261.0I do not like giving negative reviews for local businesses. honestly, after six years, I cannot hold myself this Dunkin location did a great job in renovation, but I wish they made an effort to train their employees to how to make a drink. A medium sized latte today was served to me as half of the cup size, there was so much sugar in it that I had to mix in the milk I had in my fridge, but it still was so sugary. I don’t think the matcha they use is real Matcha. Even though I ordered online, I had specified that I only want two pumps of the syrup, but it feels like they added five pumps. Not sure if they deserve my business again as I said it has been many years now and nothing has improved.

I asked for an iced tea with 5 liquid sugar, they gave me an iced coffee with 2 sugar, I asked them to change it due to me not liking coffee and not ordering that item. They still gave me an incorrect beverage and gave me an iced tea with regular sugar which just isn’t the same. Also I ordered a chocolate chip muffin warmed and I got a blue berry muffin not warmed then I asked them to warm it (I hadn’t realized it was blueberry yet) when they handed it back to me warmed you could obviously smell it was blueberry not chocolate chip so I had to ask AGAIN for the item I originally ordered. Also not to mention I have worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts not even 10 minutes from that store and I know the struggle of that and I would have been perfectly fine if it had only happened 1 or 2 times they made a mistake or even if they were apologetic but they were just straight up rude especially the women who was running the store I believe she said her name was Angela
