  The pizza is great if you can order and receive the right pie. Tried to order this evening with 3 different cards and saying invalid. Tried to call and went to vmail. Prior to this, received a partially correct order. 🫠

  This is the most frustrating place in town. The pizza is great. The smug fellow who runs the register, not so much. They cannot handle more that 3 orders without backing up. The cashier never looks to see when your food will be ready. He just says it wil be ready soon. Well, soon ranges from 2min to 25 min, in addition to the original order time. and unfortunately recently it has been on the much longer end. If time is of any value to you, i would find another place to get pizza.

  We had delivery and it was great! Hot pizza and a short delivery window. 👍

  I called to order pizzas for delivery. I was told that I was still allowed to get delivery at this time. I received multiple texts that the driver was changed to someone else, and eventually I received a text from my delivery driver that the store was closed/locked and my pizzas were inside. I placed this order by calling Otto Pizza directly. I called them immediately the next morning, requesting a refund, and I was told that they would refund me. I called them again five days later and was told that the refund is still processing. It is now a week since this happened, and I just called because I haven’t received my refund, and the person who told me they refunded me a week ago actually told me that they never got around to calling or texting their boss to submit the refund. Keep up the good work Otto!!!

  Pizza was very good. Only received 5 meatballs in my side order that listed 6 on the menu, and they were still cold inside. The restaurant was not very clean, restroom was out of service and the guy helping clients sat in a chair facing the kitchen...not really paying attention to clients at all. Disappointed.
