  Our food was so salty it was nearly inedible. I got the 5 piece tender meal with fries and garlic parm and Korean bbq chicken flavors. Even dipping it in ranch didn’t help. Not good at all, won’t be back

  Food was great tasting and still crispy by the time it got home 20+ minutes later. Wait was definitely a little long (about 35 mins on Saturday night dinner time) but was just 1 minute within their quoted window. They are definitely trying to keep up with the demand, and we were greeted right as we walked in. The order tracking, however, wasn’t updated until it was finished, just said order received when we walked in so we weren’t sure the actual wait time. The cashier said 20 minutes, and it was only about 2-3 from that point lol. One gripe I would say is we didn’t see plastic utensils or napkins, just a roll of paper towels. Maybe they are available if you ask, but normally we don’t have to ask for forks with boneless wings, they just come with it- just like ranch or blue cheese normally does. Having to pay $1.79 for a ranch or blue cheese is kinda wild. It should come with something small at the very least. The blue cheese is good and worth getting for the flavor and cooling effect, but this is just an fyi. I also found the boneless wings to be small for being $1 each. Maybe next time I’ll try the tenders or wings, but we typically go for boneless. We will be back, but I am not sure they are the best wing option around. Good for late night, for sure.

  Food is fantastic, quality is good, about what you'd expect from a fast food wing place. My only problem is the service is majorly lacking. And it doesn't seem to be a fault of the individual employees, moreso understaffing and a lack of training. Very often I'll put a mobile order in and it's not ready until 10-15 minutes after the estimated time and there are often mistakes. If they don't happen to me, somebody else is dealing with one whenever I go in. TLDR: Foods great, but be prepared for a long wait and potential mixups

  Yes the reviews are right. Took about 45min for my food to come out after ordering but honestly it was hot and fresh. The spicy korean flavor isn't spicy at all, the Cajun flavor is is medium heat if that. The voodoo fries are spicier than the Cajun flavor FYI. The tenders aren't exactly crunchy outside but the chicken overall is good. Odd numbers for ordering either 3piece, 5 piece or 7 piece. No 10 piece so you can't get an even half and half for 2 flavors. Overall I'd definitely come here again but not on a regular basis or often.

  Wings are good, however shady regarding advertised prices. Wanted to order online but it’s disabled since they’re busy. Fine, I go in store and order the $30 for 30 Thursday deal, except they tell me it’s $43, since I didn’t order online….which they disabled. Feels a bit scammy tbh Even worse all the responses to reviews here are from AI, clearly the owner couldn’t care less about his customers.
