I couldn't find a brand of frozen chicken and asked someone for help. After telling me they weren't sure as they didn't work in the meat department, they went abd found who did and they both went into the back to find it. We love this store.

Tonight we had French dip. it's prime rib on a toasted roll with swiss cheese. absolutely delicious. also had a bowl of chili words. can't even describe how good it was. I loved it.

So now you can’t work and grab stuff I needed it for my son’s lunch the next day. My son will only eat deli meat as he’s Autistic and won’t eat that processed meat. The manager refused to cut any meat for me, said he was too busy…so you now refuse to help me and refuse customer service. I was appalled by this. I do not like to make public complaints but this was just awful customer service. So now I have to take time off just to get food from the deli absolutely ridiculous the managers should be helping us customers. There wasn’t even the pre cut self service deli meat to choose from either.
