One person at the deli, I believe her name is Angel, actually walked with me out intk the store to show me a few things. Amazing customer service, definitely going to be looking for Shaw's when Im driving around now

The employee acted like he didn't see it. I found another employee & reported it. Yesterday (1 month later) while shopping on Aisle 5 a Rat with a long tail ran across the aisle!! I was horrified! I found an employee & reported & then reported it to another employee. Management at the facility knows about the rodent issue, yet it is ongoing.

What are the hours here, I just want some fresh sliced deli meat after work and here I come up to the store all "oh boy 5pm!" and they look at me like I'm the insane one for requesting deli meat at the deli counter.
