When I walked in there was a bunch of teens hanging out in front of the register, blocking customers- they did not purchase food, they were there as a hangout. I’ve visited probably 40 plus locations across the country this year alone, and the Hyannis location stands out for all the wrong reasons. I ordered a sandwich meal for pickup and had already paid about $14. It was extremely hot outside, so I asked for a cup of water. They refused to provide one unless I paid $2 and change. I clarified that I wanted tap water, not bottled water, but the answer was still that I had to pay. I’ve never had an issue getting a cup of water with my meal at any of the other CFA locations I’ve visited. Asking a paying customer for another $2 plus for a cup of tap water feels incredibly stingy, especially on such a hot day. A small courtesy would have gone a long way. Instead, this left a really poor impression.
