  My wife & I went for dinner to celebrate our 1st year anniversary. Teodora was our waitress very polite & informative. She brought us Champagne & we both had our first Martini ever. Our dinner was delicious & dessert was to die for. Highly recommend Albertos & Teodora for your waitress. The Owner & the Entire staff, thank you for making our anniversary a memorable one.

  We had the pleasure of having lunch there when visiting Cape Cod and decided to go for dinner a few days later. We didn’t have a reservation but managed to get a high top near the bar. Food, service and dessert exceeded our expectations. Everything was wonderful. Another bonus, there was also live entertainment that night. Highly recommend. Also, Hyannis was the perfect town for our stay!!!

  Phemomenal restaurant. Beautiful ambience. Freshly cooked, superb food. Impeccable service. I loved that it had multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas. This is clearly the finest restaurant on Main Street in Downtown Hyannis.

  I was really disappointed with our experience here, especially because we chose this restaurant for a special occasion and had expected a much higher level of service. We had a reservation for two at 7:30 PM and arrived at 7:25. Right in front of us, our table was given to another couple, and we were then asked to wait about 20 minutes for another table. That was already a frustrating way to start the evening, especially since we had arrived before our reservation time. Once seated, the service unfortunately didn't improve. Our server seemed uninterested and somewhat annoyed from the beginning. We ordered appetizers, which were actually very good, and soft drinks since neither of us drinks alcohol. After ordering our entrées, my husband's meal came out fine, but mine was extremely cold. Our server never returned to ask how our meals were, so I ended up eating about half of it cold. What made the experience more disappointing was watching the service being provided to the tables around us. Their server was returning to check on their meals, offering cheese, asking if they needed anything, etc. We received none of that attention. After a while, we didn't even feel like staying for dessert. I understand restaurants get busy and mistakes happen. Giving away a reserved table can happen. A dish coming out cold can happen. But when several things go wrong during the same dinner and no one checks in or makes any effort to correct them, it becomes very difficult to overlook. I understand people make money over selling alcohol too and they may not be interested in wasting time with you if you are not a drinker, but mind you that we were super easy and not demanding at all. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected from a restaurant of this caliber.

  I came with my boyfriend tonight and it was our first time here. Armin served us and he was AMAZING!! Armin’s got a great personality, he’s very professional and he definitely gave great recommendations especially with the wine. I’m not a big drinker but my boyfriend is. We tried the bottle of wine that Armin recommended to us and it was very good, even for a light weight drinker like me. I must say I even loved the wine too. The food exceeded my expectations, it was literally mouthwatering. Portions are perfect. I had the seafood manicotti and it was delectable. The restaurant was impeccable, clean and beautiful. I love the restrooms too. I know it’s a bit random but sometimes people forget about the restrooms. The restrooms were very clean too. I’m honestly in love with this place. The staff is amazing. This place is a gem. Actually it’s an understatement. This place is a MUST!! I’m definitely returning. Thank you Armin and the staff for an amazing experience.
