  Ordered the pizza through the app and waited for about 15 minutes while the insider and driver was smoking outside!

  I’m giving it a lower rating solely because of personal experience. The food has been great but the customer service has been really really bad. I’ve been trying to order food for two weeks now and it keeps failing. Corporate told me to reach out to the store because their system shows they blocked me from online ordering. I genuinely had no idea why that would happen because up until now the only issue I’d had was that they kept marking my food ready but then it would be another ten minutes before it was actually ready. When I called I was told to call back later because the supervisor was pooping, so that was fun. I called back and the supervisor came in with an attitude and got annoyed with me right off the bat. I tried explaining to him what’s happened and he accused me of wanting free food (I mentioned I was trying to use my rewards points in the app) I told him that’s not it at all corporate told me to call to which he laughed and went “eh eh eh” and hung up on me. The entire thing was really really weird and made me feel like garbage. I’m super bummed because while this town was adamant against it opening I spoke super highly and was excited. Now I don’t even think I can go back there and Dominos is my comfort food. Bummer.
