  I was hugely disappointed today after getting home my order after using the pick up service The produce was completely unacceptable I had radishes in my order and instead received beets That were rotten and the greens were dripping with rotting juice! 2 out of 4 of my tomatoes were rotted. I also purchased a pineapple that was rotted. This is completely unacceptable. I did go Return the beets immediately when I noticed from placing my bag in the car. I do not see a refund as of yet. But noticed the other produce when I returned home I used the pickup to save time and for convenience. Then to receive rotted food and feel You have to go all the way back to the store to Return it basically voids the convenience of doing pick up. Very disappointed and I will not be using it again.

  Just kind of a disappointing grocery store. They didn’t have any thyme and their butcher section had all these weird “thin” cut steaks out instead of just normal stuff. Gave up and decided to just get a drink on the way out, but they don’t have self checkout. The line was long, so I just left. Kind of a depressing atmosphere overall.

  I usually don't write reviews but saw a very recent negative review for the meat department this shaws, And specifically calling out the meat manager there... This is very upsetting to me because I've been coming to the shaws for probably about the past 20 years And I've never had a negative experience, Ever since the newer meat manager, Austin, Began at the shows it has only improved and I have really enjoyed My experiences since he started here, He will always hook me up with the best meats and he's always very friendly and knowledgeable. I hate to see a good workers name smeared because of one miserable person who had a bad day and needed to take it out on someone else. This is a great Shaws With a great meat manager, who really cares about his work. Please do not listen to one miserable person's review who needs to take others down with them. I will continue to shop at this Shaws And buy my meat from Austin, Because I know I can trust the quality of his work and that he actually has a passion and knack for what he does.

  The meat manager Austin M at the hudson location likes to put expired meat out for 50 percent. When I asked him if this was safe his response was that the date doesn't matter as long as it looks good to eat. I don't think that's right austin! I would avoid buying meat here or anythingelse for that matter.

  Wendy is rude. She didn’t acknowledge me at the register, hit me with water bottle when it fell didn’t say sorry, didn’t tell me the price just kept talking to the young boy at the end and didn’t even say anything as I walked away terrible terrible
