Managers are posers who like to look busy rather than rolling up their sleeves and actually doing any work. The kids working, or younger adults, are often on their phones… yes, they are. Or just like the soup Nazi on Seinfeld the TV Series - You’re lucky I’m taking your order. And forget it when they get a local sports team or bus which has happened. OMGOSHA Talk about disorganization and being slow. But the drive through yesterday - I stopped at the drive through. NO ONE ELSE was in line. A young female employee - giggling with someone over the intercom - TEE HEE tee hee… took the order. All I wanted was a large SunJoy. Then I waited at the drive through door not window but door with counters on each side so you can’t really pull up. A younger woman was there still giggling with someone off to the far right. No one else was waiting. Then a younger male manager peeked in. Still waiting. Then an older Asian man who I couldn’t fully understand came up saying - no joke - he kept repeating: payment… payment. Then asked; You pay. And said payment - I drove off and left. Come on. Is this a joke or what? No one else in line. No one else waiting. Giggling. Payment. It was like so absurd. There’s no reason for this or any excuses. Either you’re running a business or not. Either you follow Chick-fil-A standards or you don’t. No politeness. You know you can simply throw food at people when they go to pick up, that would be quicker …. or you can just giggle your way into driving people away. Seriously guys - get it together.

I went through the drive thru and it wasn't busy however I saw orders getting piled up at the window while the staff was hanging out and goofing off in the back. I waited at least 15mins just watching my food sit in the drive thru window. Then I went back another time and got what I normally order and in that order was a cherry coke. However when I got home it tasted like plain soda water. I think the machine was low on the soda but they should restock it or say it's out. I was very disappointed assuming it's gonna taste like cherry coke but instead it tasted like seltzer water. In all honesty I've been to multiple chick fil as and get it's a fast food place so the expectations are already low but in my opinion given where I am locationally the marlborough chick fil a is way better and more considerate and attentive to there customers. I also don't write reviews much so when I do that alone says something.
