I have gone to this location 3 times and every time but once I was the ONLY customer and it still took 8-10 minutes. Unacceptable and the nuggets I was served were so small there was barely any chicken it was essentially a chunk of batter. I pointed it out to the employee she was like sorry and then a trainee came and gave me a coupon for a chicken sandwich... Thanks but I order nuggets so offering me something else that I don't ever order is the equivalent of doing nothing.......this possibly could be the first chik fil a to fail that I have ever heard of

Today was the last time I come back here; it was a very bad feeling. This is the third time I've come here and ordered my Cobb salad, and they send a salad without tomatoes. I ask if it will have tomatoes because it's in the picture on the menu, they say yes, and when it arrives, there are no tomatoes in the salad! Today I leave here disappointed. I just picked up a salad to eat in the parking lot, and they sent me the salad completely frozen; it was inedible. The tomatoes were already frozen, the lettuce was frozen, horrible. It's a bunch of young guys who think they're in an amusement park. They're not there working; they're there making a mess, and the manager is there thinking about another world, not about working.
