- GWG W1 day ago1.0Very expensive and overpriced. Only 5% of menu is on their screen. How are we supposed to know what they have and the prices. Much cheaper alternatives out there. Lower your prices.

I ask like you have none in the store or you haven't prepped them yet, response we are all out its been very busy this morning. Ignored my actually question. This dunkin is less then 1 mile from the distribution center. Out of product??? Then they say you can order a sandwich and we will treat that as the 6$ meal deal. Nope charged me regularly after offering it to me. My coffee has no sugar in it so I'm assuming they were so so busy thru couldn't be bothered to tell the sugar machine. On top of that they have been out of loaded hash brown containers so they just shove it in a small hot coffee cup for over 2 weeks. The district manager needs to come in and address these issues. Dunkin is a morning rush business, not having enough product ready not having proper serving containers I can only imagine what else falls through the cracks. Disgusted at this point.

The kids were goofing off and one girl was on her phone, saw me standing there, and continued to play on her phone. They got my order wrong as well and were very rude about it. I don’t know how the manager lets these workers act this way but something needs to be done. Will not be coming again.
