  Love this store people are friendly, but today I had a ridiculous way to approach or treat a customer 3 person at Dell I grab a ticket # 2 guys are attending few of other 3 customers ahead of me and 1 the guys attending told me they cannot attend me because the closer was fired and they have to close early their for I can't get what I want from deli but other 3 customer were attended, I said really but I need ham ,he responded what u want me to do I told him get the ham out a take care of me, he said I can't turn around and told one of the other customer u are my last customer sarcastically for my understanding. What firing the closer have to do with not taking care customers? And by the way it was 6:15pm

  Stop and shop has reasonable prices on some items compared to WF or Big Y.

  Usually fine, stocked and not super busy. But tell me what customer service desk, especially in a supermarket, closes at 7pm and refuses to help customers after that time? This is the second time I went to the desk, today at 7:05pm, and they said sorry it’s closed come back tomorrow. The customer service manager was literally standing by the front of the registers gabbing with another girl, who is always on her phone btw, and another guy. So if y’all aren’t doing anything just chatting, you can help your customers at the customer service desk. I have worked for retail 30 years, 14 of it in a supermarket, and never have I heard of customer service closing and refusing to help customers before a store closes. Yikes.
