- SGStained Glass5 days ago1.0Ray the store manager is unprofessional, childish, inappropriate, condescending and hs no business managing anything. Stop and shop has gone down hill rapidly over the years. From poor management to disrespectful staff. Complete garbage. If I could give less than one star I would.

There is no regular schedule for it at any of these stop and shop stores so I literally have to drive to 2 - 3 stores just to find it because these departments are run by kids that make it whenever they feel like it or get around to it but NEVER on a regular schedule where people can depend on finding it when they want it.

I don’t know if its new management or a financial thing but i have had to return spoiled goods a lot lately. Their food quality has plummeted. Rotten onions, garlic, slimy chicken, sour milk, eggs that don’t taste right with watery egg whites, cookies that are already stale from the bakery. Im going to have to find a new grocery store. Such a shame.
