- EEEarlMay 22, 20261.0Ordered on doordash for pickup to avoid the lines. When I took a bite of my burrito, it was great but they had used chicken instead of steak. I turned around thinking it would be an easy fix but nope! Asked the person near the deliveries/register who had just seen me for help only to be flat out ignored. Decided to just go through the line and noticed the queso was thick and yellow, which was strange considering the burrito I had just received had normal creamy white queso. When I ate the burrito, the queso was grainy and felt like snot. I’ve worked customer service jobs for years and have never been inclined to flat out ignore a customer before I even hear the request.

There was plenty of staff to peel one person off to hand orders to drivers. Instead drivers wait with diminishing earnings never knowing when they'll be helped and delivery customers have bad experience for unnecessarily waiting for their pre paid orders. No initiative by the staff on a simple fix. I saw what was happening and I canceled my delivery and walked out. Place was very messy too.

I tried to explain that the app wouldn't add my reward & asked if I could redeem it. She scanned it but it didnt qualify cuz "I didnt order a Entree" & my reward wasnt on the recept. Yes, its not on there cuz the app wouldn't add it, as I said 3 times already. I get what she was saying, how hard is it for HER to understand??? She SEES I have the reward, she SEES my qualifying order on the receipt. Then says, "I'll give it to you JUST THIS ONE TIME". Wrong answer. A simple "No worries, I get it, Here you go". Dont argue with the customer when you can clearly see what happened. Not act like im trying to get something free that cost $2. Dont come for my queso! PS The place is filthy. 6 ppl standing behind the counter not doing anything.
