  Not sure if the store keeps the regular chips different than the ones you get with rewards. I ordered chips from my rewards points - they were soggy. Got them changed and same thing. Too much salt, soggy that you would not feel like eating just looking at them. Did not expect this from Chipotle. This was on the weekend of Aug 23, 2026.

  I order from the Hingham location of Chipotle every single Monday and have for a couple of years. The last several months of that time has been rough. First, orders are almost always wrong. My order, a "Sofritas Bowl", which should be free from any of the meats that Chipotle offers ('sofritas' is tofu), almost always comes with 3 or 4 bits of chicken, pork, or steak. This happens every single week--for many, many months. And that's just my bowl. There's always something wrong with at least one or two of the other bowls as well--missing guacamole, adding corn salsa, and no sour cream are some of the recurring ones. Second, portions can vary wildly. Sometimes, the bowl can literally have half the amount it did the previous week. Or burritos can be 3 or 4 bites, or a gigantic thing that has a hard time staying together. Third, picking up the food is almost always difficult. They don't seem to have a good system for online order pickup. You sort of have to stand awkwardly waiting to catch the person's eye at the register, along with all the other people trying to do the same, but that person is usually in the weeds just ringing up the people who walked in and are getting their food. One time, I just got in that line after waiting for probably 10-15 minutes (I could see my order on the counter behind them) and just didn't order anything and waited my turn that way. "What can I get you?" "Nothing, I just want to pick up my online order that I can see waiting behind the counter, they just won't make eye contact with me." Why bother ordering in advance? I have complained online, which is about the only way you can reach anyone, offered feedback through their system, but nothing has helped. I just get the script, "sorry for the inconvenience." I haven't eaten meat for about 25 years, Chipotle. Feeding it to me is more than an inconvenience. If anyone from the actual location reads this, please just enforce some quality control. The food actually tastes totally amazing. **update after reading response: thank you for the response. I have contacted Chipotle in the manner you suggested between 5-10 times (estimated). I was promised a phone call the most recent time after speaking with 2 or three different live agents and have been waiting at least a couple of weeks after being told it would be within 48 hours. The people on the phone continued to call feeding meat to my vegetarian family repeatedly “an convenience.” You all need to improve the quality control and follow through on promises to customers.

  Chipotle derby street in hingham is disgusting and the atmosphere inside is dirty and messy everywhere, we even had to ask them to clean the bowls and service was horrible, like they didn’t even want to work there.

  I recently placed an UberEats order for a burrito bowl - when I got home and opened the bowl I was greeted by a bug in my bowl, sitting on top of the lettuce (the bug was still alive too). I was able to receive a refund via UberEats, but I’m very disappointed (and grossed out) by this situation and will not be returning to this Chipotle.

  I can’t get over how rude some of yall gluttons are being in these reviews. Everytime I walk by the line is WRAPPED around the store so it can’t be that terrible of a place. Food and service is always great whenever I go there! Thank you Chipotle Hingham!
