    Lisa was a wonderful server. I needed some special accommodations for celiac and she was attentive and through with those requests. One of the best experiences ever at Bertucci’s and I’m a regular! 18 points

    This place should just close the doors, stopped by after shopping at derby st, what a mistake, sat down place had a smell to it thought just the brick oven a little smoke ordered a salad and a large cheeze pizza. The salad arrived had to send it back old lettuce brown on the bottom awful then to top it off pizza arrives took a bit disgusting tasted horrible and way undercooked called the waitress over she said bad I said ya like she knew got up walked out. Just close the doors this place is done.

    I would give no stars if I could.. what a disappointment. Haven't been in a while, thought we'd give it a shot. The physical restaurant is so filthy. That should have been the sign to turn around and leave. The food was horrible at best. Ordered the caprese salad, came out with no olive oil or balsamic. The server was kind of upset that she had to take it back and fix it. The chicken parm was so over cooked ansoothe sauce burned.. disgusting... couldn't even eat it. My son's ravioli covered in the same burnt sauce. Standards?.... what standards! Now I can see why it's a dying brand.

    Wow. I was so sad when Bertucci’s closed near me because I loved this place! I decided to take my family out this Sunday and drive the hour to the closest one which unfortunately was this establishment. The waitress didn’t understand what I was trying to tell her. She charged me a EXTRA $6 FOR A PIZZA! I checked the menu just to make sure I seen it correctly. There was a large piece of PAPER in my Alfredo pasta! One of my orders were incorrect, We had to ask for extra silverware, the bathrooms were just disgusting oh my lord. Check the price of your checks, and check your food for unwanted items. I decided not to bother saying anything, because I’m leaving the review this place deserves and will never be back. The table behind me were non stop complaining about the service, and food and I totally understood. For the price being paid, things should be at least decent. This was just awful
