  Great food and generous portions! The burgers are always fresh and the fries are simply amazing—so many toppings to choose from. Definitely a go-to spot when I'm craving a delicious meal!

  Placed an order over the phone which is always hit or miss. No other way to ask for extra cheese on any other delivery apps or online ordering systems so we always try to call. Calls are answered at the leisure and convenience of the staff and usually the customer is greeted with an annoyed or unfriendly tone of voice if it's answered at all. My order was eventually placed by my wonderful wife and we made our way to the shop to retrieve our dinner. Upon arrival I informed the staff i had arrived for my food and i asked to add an extra soda to the order. Instead of the one soda cup that had already been paid for, the employee at the counter handed me two and said I was all set. While waiting for my order and filling up both cups I noticed a different employee examining my receipt while giving me a disgruntled look. Upon receiving my food I was met with an extremely rude comment asking me if I was "planning on paying for the extra cup or what?" At that point it was all I could do to tap my card for the extra $3.47 which I fully intended to pay upon entry and leave without causing any further discord. As a member of the hospitality industry I was appalled at the way this simple miscommunication was handled by your staff and, how it negatively impacted the rest of my evening. I felt I was publicly accused of stealing essentially, even with the minimal valuation of the product that was perceived stolen. This all after I asked to add a soda and was given an extra cup. Im a firm believer that respect is of the highest importance and, frankly, I felt extremely disrespected in your haverhill store. Respectfully, Ryan DeLaricheliere

  First time here and thought the quality was better than average but the prices were pretty steep. Burges were rather dense and dry, no real flavor except for the toppings. Not rushing back but not avoiding it either.

  So Five Guys was known for giving a ton of fries with the cup overflowing into the bag. Cut back on that and then to add insult to injury, cut back even more. The size of a large isn’t much bigger now than the small was after they cut back initially. Such a shame. Burgers are good depending on who’s cooking but we won’t be going there anymore with the outrageous prices for much less food.
