  My husband and I have been loyal customers for over 5 years, visiting annually during our vacation. Some years have been better than others, but we have always enjoyed our evening. After our last visit, we will not be returning. We were seated at arguably the worst table in the dining room, directly under an air-conditioning vent and in a busy foot-traffic spot, with no view. The service was so slow that we were repeatedly thanked for our patience; it took almost 3 hours for our meal service to be completed. The food was not up to the usual standard and lacked seasoning. I tried a “campfire” dessert that was much more style than substance and had no flavor at all. I was also surprised by a large family with many children who were running around and being very disruptive. I would expect such a fine dining restaurant to manage guests more appropriately as not to disturb others. My husband and I are not hard to please and are very forgiving of most situations and can understand a restaurant having an off night, but we were very disappointed in our experience and will be choosing another spot for next year’s dinner.

  Celebrated a dinner here on our honeymoon. Can confidently say this was one of the best meals of my life. From the service to the ambience, to the food quality, the entire experience was top notch. Our server, Ignatius, was insightful and truly enjoyable.

  Really spectacular dining experience. Incredibly kind staff. Our server Keenan was outstanding. Highly recommend for those looking for upscale fine dining.

  The food and views were out of this world. The service was one of the worse experiences I have had in a very long time. The menus were dropped off and literally no one spoke to us for 40 minutes. No bread, no contact, nothing. We ordered the four course menu but after waiting twenty minutes to put in a dessert order we finally decided it was better to just leave. We then had to ask for a check twice. The views and food are amazing, but it’s not enough to overcome a bad front of the house experience. Your money can be spent better elsewhere.

  We were very excited to dine here, but that excitement quickly turned into frustration. Unfortunately, both the food and the service fell short of our expectations. We were also surprised by the automatic 20% gratuity, especially since there were only two people in our party. The portions were quite small and did not justify the high prices. The night before, we dined at Ocean House, and the difference in the overall experience was significant. From the quality of the food to the level of service, Ocean House delivered a much more enjoyable evening. Based on our experience, Twenty-Eight Atlantic did not live up to the reputation or price point.
