- NFNed FlandersSep 24, 20261.0I rarely visit Dunkin donuts but I decided to pick up a dozen donuts for my coworkers and a few of our customers perhaps. My morning commute was diverted due to construction on Queen Anne Rd which led me to the Dunkin' Donuts on route 124 in Harwich. I was pleased to find I was only the second person in line and the wait was just a few moments. However, the person that was behind the counter seemed very irritated by my very presence at their establishment. After politely saying hello and pausing and finding no response I politely asked for a dozen donuts to which the clerk actually said "Oh what the f***." I'm easy going and assumed it must have been a bit of levity. I asked if my request was extremely rare and she said "No, but it's always annoying." The rudeness continued throughout the transaction. The entire experience was very unpleasant. So much so that I wanted to drop my donuts to the floor right there in the store and positively boogey on them...perhaps a bit of shuffle dance. Alas, my hunger and frivolousness prevailed. The donuts were quite delicious.
