- SFStacey FloydAug 3, 20261.0This is perhaps the most disorganized place I have ever ordered a coffee at. There was a pleasant young man at the register taking order after order , there was no one to make coffees ( maybe stop taking orders and catch up on orders) there was one young woman working the food area making toasted items which she burned and tried to give to customer who told her start over that’s burned . She was the only one on food !! There had to be 9 people waiting for the items , still no one making coffees yet the young man continued to take orders. Finally a young woman came out of the ladies room and walked over to what now was a trail of at least 15 beverages to make , and instead of trying to get them done in a timely fashion she spread the orders out along the back counter and I could not believe how incredibly slowly she was working . I waited in line 22 mins for a large regular ice coffee , when my coffee was ready she said large ice at same time she also placed a medium iced , when I asked was it a large regular she snapped at me like I was asking an absurd question lol , there were 11 people waiting at this time . They need either new training or more help. Another woman came from the back and instead of helping to make the huge pile of drinks she cut a bagel and popped it in the toaster, Such an odd way to handle a busy summer morning . The young woman making the coffees was not only rude but was absolutely moving at a snails pace it appeared intentionally . Get it together Dunkin !!

I must say the girl taking my order diligently repeated back the details allowing a correction.. this I 👍. She did this meticulously for the all the orders I saw when I was there. I got a Glazed Stick it was fresh and great tasting.. The selection of items was minimal as I was there after 9AM.. My order was does in only 5 minutes and that speaks well for the a.ount of orders this Dunkins takes . Overall, hardworking staff, polite and diligent. Nicely done on a Saturday Morn for the Legion of tired and Cranky that come thru their doors on the weekend. The Dunkins Food and Coffee Prep area as well as counter looked clean and proper.
