He asked if I needed help and said he didn't believe he had what I was looking for. He then proceeded to the back room, starts the saw and cut the product I had asked for. Service +++

- PKPaul KJul 20, 20261.0Update 7/22/26. Despite the below response from the store here, I went there today and nothing changed. There are (4) FOUR rodent traps there inches away from the bread. I took photos to post but google does not give the option to post them. They only replied on google to try to save face. I give them 1 star now. Do better Shaws. Original post: The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I would give them 5 stars. The price for food here is certainly higher than other stores in the area. The real big issue that I have is the rodent issue. Seeing a rodent run across the floor seems to be a common thing on my weekly trips. On my last trip I had a mouse come out from under the bread shelves that are just inches off the floor in front of the deli. I noticed a mouse trap under there below the bread. So they know there is a rodent issue and specifically know there is one under the bread shelf and their solution is to just put a trap under the bread? How about at least put the bread on a higher shelf so the rodents cannot reach them and so the food is not near the traps. Who knows what is in those to kill rodents and you put it inches away from the bread. I understand rodents are an issue in grocery stores but this one has gotten worse and the store does not practice common sense handling some of the issue. Needless to say, I am very cautious about what I will buy from there and check all my packages for rodent damage.
