  The location in Hanover is struggling. The drive through is slow, inside is just as bad and its not clean. Staff just didn't seem to care. Food order was wrong, witnessed other customers complaining their food orders took too long and we're wrong. Location in norwell seems to be better, will go there from now on.

  If I could give 0 out of 10 Stars I would. So fast I mean. Waited 55 minutes in the drive thru line at around 1:35 am 4/26/26. Didn’t leave until 2:30 am. When I asked the lady checking out if it was normal for a 60 minute wait time and told her I was getting nervous I was going to run out of gas sitting so long, she asked me *seriously* why I wouldn’t just shut my car off..? In the drive through… she was dead serious and not kidding. There were many irritated customers visible in the inside waiting area. &my nacho fries were ice cold when I got them. I’ve genuinely never received worse service. Do with that what u will! Good luck

  Food was hot and good I will say. But wow... TERRIBLE service. They focus on ONLY the drive thru orders and were doing nothing for those inside the store. Pretty much forced to order on the kiosk too as there were only 4 people working during a rush Sunday afternoon at 1pm and they were moving pretty slow too. Placed the order at 12:58 and didn't get it until 1:24. Absolute INSANITY. While in there, a couple people cancelled their orders because of how slow it was going. The atmosphere was nice overall I guess. It was clean and the lines behind the counter were clean too. But wow.. that service was horrible and extremely slow. I will NOT be back to this location and I don't believe anyone else should be here either if you value your time.

  when i first started coming here it was fine. service was quick, food was good, no issues. but as of recently, it's like it went way downhill. the drive-thru is mostly fine if you don't come on a saturday late at night. if i go inside, i wait 45 mins to an hour for my food. last week there was a night where there were several people waiting for 30-45+ minutes and they were going one order at a time with no urgency or care. i tried to bring this up another time, but they don't care to hear it. this taco bell was a bad decision to be built, there's two within another 10-15 min distance where i have had 10x better service. no apologies, no making it right. the employees here probably wouldn't care if a customer caught on fire.

  Workers are great, but this location just removed the $6.50 online build-your-own box, literally the whole reason I was going to Taco Bell. Won’t be returning anymore, now that the online boxes have changed. The picture is still on the app, even though the box is no longer an option. Taco Bell is also the worst fast food corporation if they mess up your order. They don’t provide refunds, and make no effort to help when they make a mistake.
