  My experience at Taco Bell was nothing short of a bureaucratic descent into culinary purgatory. I entered the establishment with one modest request: a water cup. Not a five-course meal, not an artisanal beverage, not some gastronomically elaborate concoction requiring the coordinated efforts of a Michelin-starred kitchen—a cup for water. What followed was an astonishing 45-minute odyssey. For nearly three quarters of an hour, I was left to contemplate the existential significance of a plastic cup while watching orders materialize around me with the efficiency of a well-oiled machine. Apparently, assembling tacos, burritos, and other miscellaneous manifestations of late-night cuisine was a task of comparatively trivial complexity; providing me with an empty receptacle, however, seemed to require administrative deliberation on an international scale. I began to wonder whether my cup had been dispatched from another location by horse-drawn carriage. Perhaps it was being individually hand-forged in the back. Maybe management had convened an emergency summit to determine whether I was sufficiently worthy of hydration. The sheer absurdity of the situation became almost poetic. I was surrounded by beverages, yet denied the most fundamental component of one. Water. The substance covering most of the planet had somehow become an unobtainable luxury. By the time I finally received the cup, I no longer felt like a customer. I felt like a survivor returning from an expedition. I have encountered bureaucracies with shorter processing times, government offices with more efficient service, and loading screens with greater consideration for my time. Waiting 45 minutes for an empty water cup is not merely poor service; it is an almost avant-garde interpretation of customer neglect. Congratulations, Taco Bell. You have managed to transform the acquisition of a plastic cup into a character-building experience.

  Just gonna leave this here. You complaint about the good Haitian people that opened this place and they were very good at keeping up. Now that they're gone ya'll blaming the franchise. Yall did this to yourselves and im talking about the customers. And Haitian staff if you're reading this, YOU WERE THE BEST!

  HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE. They got my order wrong, when I went into the drive thru so I had to drive around, then once we got home realized they did all my order wrong, called them that they got my order wrong, understanding that they were busy but the lady taking the call decided to hang up on me. I called again, and it was a guy this time only to tell me they were busy and then they hung up on me again! The ENTIRE staff NEEDS to be fired at this location. This is THE WORST LOCATION I have EVER gone through. I HOPE someone in corporate can see these reviews and how they’re piling up and FIRE the staff or close down the location. Clearly, the staff think they can do whatever they want.

  If you want fast food go somewhere else I’m writing this in the drive thru line as I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes. Mind you the inside isn’t even open yet I’m still sitting here with my truck off. If you want fast food good luck to you.

  I went in to get my order nobody came over to me they just talked amoungst themselves. My order sat there getting cold.My food was wrong and very messy when I did get it. Tried to explain what was wrong with no luck, so I just took the order. But then had to sit and wait for them to make my drinks. Which again was wrong and the syrup was out of the soda. I just left and will pick a different taco bell next time.
