The last time I was here, I watched as an employee, Matthew was sweeping, he noticed an elderly man walking with a cane from the parking lot. Before I could blink, he was at the door holding it for the gentleman coming in. It was so nice to see! This crew deserves a raise!

When I told him my order, I saw him walk over to the bag and look at the clock. He came over to me and said I was still waiting on fries, but it’s been a little bit and offered to make me some new burgers. I Ask him how long ago I ordered, and he walked back over to the bag. He looked at the bag, looked at the clock, and threw the cheeseburgers in the trash. He came over to me and said I came here with expectations of fresh cheeseburgers, And he’s making sure I get what I expect. You can’t teach that! Beyond satisfied with the level of service, I got there tonight! Thank you!
