It was extremely dirty in the restaurant and when I simply asked someone to clean down a highchair real quick (as they were all really dirty and I have a 10 month old) I was given attitude body language , no verbal response and when they walked over to wipe it down they seemed extremely bothered. (I didn’t want to use just napkins which I did try to do but they were sticky and gross). Anyways, the food has also gone downhill the past few visits and the ice cream was melted when given to us, almost like soup, with maybe slight consistency. Some staff is nice some seemed extra annoyed. I’m sure they are overwhelmed at times so even if you forgive that, what about the food quality and melted ice cream past few visits? I’m highly disappointed honestly, as this was the one good dq and now it’s no longer.

Disgusting! I swear its all frozen and microwaved. The worker was unfriendly and silent while passing the food. Side note, never get the country gravy. 🤢

They always give a generous amount of napkins & ketchup packets, the bag is then either stapled of taped shut from the existing peal anway tape attached inside the top of the bag. Every order is consistent. Thank you to all your employees! By far the best DQ I’ve ever been to.🍦🍗🍔
