  Literally the worst customer service experience ever I waited 10 minutes in line because I wanted a chicken quesadilla but I wanted it made the original way after finally getting up there the lady told me no you have to order it online and when I explained that I wanted it the old way she literally told me no too bad we can't do it I've never actually laughed at an employee's face for something so stupid in my life

  Genuinely impossible to get ahold of a human when calling. The ai bot they use when you call can not answer a single question for you and cant connect you to a person

  Unlike most of the other people who reviewed this place, my portion was absolutely enormous to the point that you could not close the container. I will agree with everyone else that this place is definitely miss managed and food is everywhere on the floor on the glass. You’re supposed to use to see the food through all over the employees and inter mixed between the containers. They serve you from. I admit I was out at 10:30 at night looking for food and had stopped at three other fast food establishments prior to this only to be absolutely disgusted by what I saw in those places as well, but this place needs a solid manager and someone to organize the staff I wouldn’t go back there after 5 PM and if you do, you can expect the similar result, but maybe not the quantity of food I got, which was absolutely enormous

  I went in to be greeted with half of the food items I wanted missing, and various food and food residues smeared all over the counter, wouldn't say it looked dirty but it certainly wasn't clean. Maybe it would have been better if they had the things I wanted but it was mediocre at best. I used to love chipotle years back but I really just have no use for them anymore, there's plenty of places that sell similar food and are better around now.

  Genuinely the worst chipotle I've ever been to. They give you two bits of food in your order like you're a toddler and then take 25 minutes to make it and don't even make it right. (Mobile order) actually mind boggling how bad this place is.
