  It's not unusual to have to sit 45 minutes in the food pickup line. It's completely ridiculous that this is the way they operate. Once you're actually at the window they might even take 5 minutes to even address you.

  1. Steak was not chewable. 2. They use 1/4 piece of tortilla and fold it in half for the kids quesadillas now. 3. This place is FILTHY!

  Worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle Mexican Grill. The customer service was terrible — employees were rude, impatient, and acted like customers were bothering them. The restaurant was also dirty, tables weren’t cleaned, and the whole place felt nasty and unorganized. Food quality was disappointing too. Definitely not coming back to this location.

  We were on our way to Boston from Nantucket and had to make a pit stop for food and a break from driving. We placed our order and the food were made fresh to order. The portion was generous, and the cashier (woman in her 20s) was very understanding as my children were fussing. I appreciate the speed and courtesy the staffs offered. I will come back again the next time I am in the area.
