- FFFaith1 day ago4.0Went to this Chick-fil-A and ordered their Deluxe Sandwich and 12-piece Chicken Nuggets. To my surprise, when I got home and counted them, there were only 7 actual nuggets. The remaining pieces were just fried crumbs, breading, and dough! Very disappointing. It’s not cheap, and I expect to receive what I paid for. Of course, it takes time to go back to the restaurant to show them, so I just took the loss.

It loops endlessly in the app and opens new windows that loop on the website, so I’m having to post here publicly. There was a dead fruit fly on the lid of my lemonade, and although I requested ranch sauce in the app, it wasn’t included (they did provide plenty of the other sauces). The employees were very cordial as usual, and I’m not looking for anything other than better quality control. This is the first issue I’ve ever had at any Chick-fil-A location.

My childs then spilled all of the packets in my new SUV… All your fault Chick-fil-aye.

There was a woman named Summer — manager, supervisor, empress of the establishment, who knows — who spent the entire time I was there acting nasty toward the staff. The attitude, the tone, the constant tension in the air… I was honestly appalled. Customers should not feel like they’re accidentally sitting in on an employee disciplinary hearing while trying to enjoy their meal. What especially stood out to me was that all of the employees I saw actually working the dining room, running food, cleaning tables, and keeping the place moving were the Black and Hispanic staff members, while there seemed to be several white teenagers standing around doing absolutely nothing except apparently perfecting the art of looking busy. The whole atmosphere was uncomfortable and awkward enough to ruin what otherwise would have been a good meal. To make matters even more suspicious, reviews seem to mysteriously disappear from this place, which certainly doesn’t inspire confidence. Great food, disappointing environment, and management that could probably benefit from remembering that customers can, in fact, see and hear what’s going on around them. Would not recommend.
