- MRMarie RosadoJul 4, 20261.0I used to love coming to this dunkin and getting my coffee in the morning or mid days but now I don't know what's going on but the current manager got an attitude with everyone, I asked a simple question to see if they know what's new and with a nasty attitude saying can't you lead its on the board. Like I just genuinely wanted to ask instead of reviewing the board nothing more, on top of that they messed up my coffee and I explained my coffee is wrong they did not added my caramel pumps at all and the Manger got mad and refused to fix my coffee or give me a refund so I just left without my coffee wasted money cus I didn't even keep my drink this dunkin needs a better manager and corporate needs to step up and do something about that before they lose that dunkin all because of the Manger and her anger issues I would give 0 stars if I could

They greeted me with a smile, treated me with kindness, and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location. While I was there, I noticed some customers getting upset when employees politely said, “I’ll be right with you.” As customers, we need to understand that the staff is doing their best to serve everyone, keep customers happy, and prepare orders as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate the hard work of the employees and manager at this location. They are doing a great job and providing outstanding service. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The middle aged woman at the front counter has never failed to ask me how I'm doing before taking my order, and for the rest of the staff everyone has been exceptionally friendly. I feel bad for the staff most days as everyone looks stressed but still provide amazing service without fail. Thank you to the sweet pregnant women who remade my drink for me when I was having a bad day did nothing more but make my experience better. Also to the manager who seems to be there every single day. My food is always hot and fresh and I'm always thanked walking out the door, I have seen many times where they have been backed up and working hard despite customers complaining constantly they maintain speed and do their best and that is awesome to me. Keep up the good work as I will continue to come here!
