  Someone needs to fire whatever manager is on shift today 5/6/26 at 8am It's early in the morning and customers have to be met with her unhappy dog face and thin lips Someone needs to tell her others have harder days ..you know others who actually work real jobs doing hard labor making triple of what this miserable manager is making and still we carry happy faces The manager just have some coffee to make and some buttons to push on a register She seemed so annoyed and bothered to even have to be there and deal with customers I asked her 1 question "do you still have banana flavor" Without even making eye contact or saying "no we don't, I'm sorry " She catches an attitude and responds with NO in the most snottiest way possible and just continues tapping on the screen I asked for my coffee to be light and sweet Both me and my co workers who both ordered the very same ice coffee ended up with coffee with very little to none sugar The workers in the back are working off the managers energy She's leading by bad example No worker who comes into Dunkin to start their work day should have to be met with this misery,bad attitude or bad service I will never in my life stop here ever again What I originally wanted was a $6 meal deal but after getting the response I did when I asked about the banana flavor I rather starve till my lunch break I took my coffee and just left out of there Stay far away from the miserable energy at this location

  4 people on staff, they all looked like the had no clue what they were doing. Messed my order up, drive threw was 17 cars deep no joke. Would not recommend

  Was ordering a coffee 1st time here and a woman taking my order at the drive thru was extremely rude.

  I come to this dunkin ALL THE TIME. But that woman with the mustache is extremely rude and i had a terrible interaction with her today. Because of that, I will be going to monson from now on her attitude absolutely sucks
