  I’m honestly beyond tired of this Taco Bell location. This wasn’t a one-time bad experience — it’s been consistently terrible every single time I’ve come here. The employees always look miserable, the customer service is awful, and the wait times are ridiculous no matter how simple the order is. This last visit was the final straw. I placed a mobile order through the drive-thru just to be told to come inside, where the lobby was packed and completely chaotic. While customers were waiting, one of the cooks started yelling across the kitchen “AHHHHHHHH” like a complete PSYCHO for no reason, making the whole place feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. At this point, it’s clear management either doesn’t care or refuses to fix the issues. People spend their hard-earned money here and shouldn’t have to deal with terrible attitudes, constant delays, and a stressful environment every single visit. If my food hadn’t already been paid for, I would’ve walked out. I genuinely do not recommend this location to anyone.

  Absolutely ridiculous service closes early just cuz they feel like it all the time terrible service terrible people WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If I did this at ANY of my food service jobs fired immediately.

  Placed a mobile order at drive thru. Got to the window and was told it would be a minute or two. That was totally fine but after almost 10 minutes the food wasn’t ready. A worker came to the window asking about a different order. Told them we had a mobile order not the one they were asking about. Twice they came back saying the food was just finishing up. At this point it had been close to 25 minutes waiting in line, mind you the line behind us was all the way to the end of the drive thru. Instead of telling us it wasn’t actually ready and to pull into a parking spot, they had everyone’s else’s food behind us getting cold on the counter. It took the almost 30 minutes to get our food in the end ( for 2 people) Worst drive thru and mobile order experience I have ever had.

  I am not one to submit reviews, but after multiple unfavorable experiences I feel like I should… where do I start. the person taking orders through sounds like they hate their job… I understand working at a taco bell might not be your ideal work environment but it leaves a rough impression. Tried to request a sauce be removed from an item due to there being no option to do so via the app (we always order on the app) at the drive through speaker and was told they couldn’t change it. (Why?? You can just take off the sauce when making it. It’s not like it’ll cost more). Once tried to pick up two orders from the drive through because we had multiple people in the car and was told we needed to go around again…. Ok… convenient. They use bad oil sometimes to fry their items. We have gotten chips that tasted rancid because of this. Nasty!

  Rebecca was our cashier and was incredibly rude from the jump. The computers weren't working so we had to actually order from a person which seemed like a huge imposition to her. While she was doing something in the computer totally ignoring us for a good three minutes and in that time she was being incredibly rude to the other workers, barking orders, talking down to them, rolling her eyes, making faces at them. I genuinely couldn't believe it. When she finally was ready to take our order she mumbled "How can I help you?" and didn't even make eye contact so I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn't hear her and she now transitioned her attitude to me and repeated herself with a snotty attitude. I ordered a Crunchwrap meal and she said that was no longer on the menu, when I questioned that she talked to me like I was the worlds biggest idiot. Honestly I get you work in fast food and it's not a dream job, but that's not my fault. Grow up.
