  The workers at this chipotle move at 0.5 speed at all times. They are extremely disrespectful and lack every last bit of basic manners. There is only one worker making the bowls, and it usually takes 20+ minutes to get a bowl. The workers look extremely sad and obviously hate their job. It looks like these workers are being forcefully held there and deprived of sleep and sunlight. And don’t even get me started about how they treat you like a wild animal if you ask for a water cup. Also never seen a chipotle run out of CHIPS AND white rice.

  Manager was super focused on a $1300 catering order that jumped to a $3000 catering order causing the front line to be out of every protein and veggies. When staff addressed with manager she was nothing but rude and dismissive.

  This is the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever come to. First of all, I wait AT LEAST 20 minutes to get my food every time without fail. Then when it’s finally my turn to order, they have no protein selection, no queso, no guacamole and NO CHIPS. Literally never been to this god forsaken chipotle and successfully ordered a bag of chips. Every time I come I immediately regret my decision. Will never be returning. This place sucks

  Genuinely the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to never has ANY toppings or even chicken… and don’t even think about ordering chips because they will not have them

  I rarely eat here anymore because it's impossible to know how a visit is going to turn out. Why would I want any uncertainty about my meal? The flavors Chipotle produce in the kitchen for their meats are excellent, but I'm so very tired of being served undercooked rice(brown or white), and more than occassionally, undercooked pinto beans. I would eat here every 7-10 days if I felt good about the consistency of the service(I don't), the portion size(sketchy), and the rice and beans(inconsistent). Instead, I eat at a local place called El Comalito in South Amherst, where I never have any of the aforementioned issues...ever...their chipotle chicken burrito is delicious, and their chips and salsa are included with the meal. Beer is ice cold. Service is consistently good. Life can be pretty simple. I hope one day Chipotle will get things figured out, because on their good days, their food is really good. Their barbacoa is delish, and their chili red sauce deliciously close to being too hot, but it's not. Food for thought...
