- HCHannah CrosierSep 29, 20263.0The food at this Dunkin’ is generally great and fresh, and I keep coming back because it’s the closest location to me. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been pretty mixed. Some of the staff can be rude or grumpy, and I often feel rushed when ordering because I don’t want to upset anyone. I’ve also had my order made incorrectly a few times, which can be frustrating. The atmosphere could use some attention as well. The store doesn’t always feel very clean, some of the tile near the seating area is coming off, and some of the seats have holes that appear to be from regular wear and tear. It also gets extremely busy and loud when school lets out. That doesn’t personally bother me, but it’s something to be aware of if you prefer a quieter environment. I’ll probably continue going because of the convenient location, but based on my experiences, I’d choose another location if it were reasonably convenient. The food itself is good—the service and condition of the store are what keep this from being a better experience.

"well done crispy bacon" ... get uncooked bacon ... " can I get a single esspresso with little bit of milk " .... no you have to buy a latte .... and on and on .. never got my order right .. on top of it all most of the employees are rude and will argue with you if you question your order ... picture of today's " bacon well done " alongside the cold egg still semi frozen.. whole thing went straight in the trash

My order is never ready when I order through the app. When I get some kind of frosted doughnut it’s always top down in the bag so all the frosting falls off. People are rude. My coffee is never right and they are extremely rude when I tell them.
