- LKLinda Keefe4 days ago1.0My husband and I stay in Rockport every summer for the past 10 years and usually have a good experience here. Not so this time. I had to use the ladie’s room and there was no toilet paper. I asked worker for some and she checked in back and said they had none. They ended up giving me paper towel and my husband said as I was going in the ladies room the workers were laughing thinking the whole thing was funny. This happened on June 30th around 4:00 pm. Very rude workers. Will not be going there again. Hopefully they ordered toilet paper.

The guy taking out order acted like he didn't want to be there. All of our drinks were wrong and were missing an order of hash browns as well. Stay away!!

I ordered 2 drinks and 4 hash browns, but only received 3. When I politely went back to ask for the missing one, they told me I had to bring the other 3 back before they would give me the missing order because “people lie.” Seriously? Over one hash brown? The way it was said — especially the long sarcastic “yaaa” response — felt disrespectful and humiliating. Customers should not be treated like thieves over a small mistake made by the staff. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional.
