  Google Review Disappointed experience tonight. The older gentleman with glasses who appeared to be a manager was extremely rude and talked down to employees right in front of customers. The way he spoke to them was unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Management should set a good example for employees, not belittle them in front of customers. Not a good look

  There was a lack of acknowledgment for customers waiting to pick up their orders, and mobile orders did not seem to be prioritized appropriately, especially for a Sunday evening. Several mobile orders had been placed about 20 minutes in advance, yet staff only began preparing them after customers had already arrived and were waiting. What was even more frustrating was that once the orders were completed, they were placed on the shelf behind the counter without anyone calling out the names or letting customers know their food was ready. Eventually, another customer noticed the completed orders sitting there and began calling out the names so everyone waiting could receive their food. Overall, there seemed to be a significant lack of communication, organization, and attention to the customers waiting for pickup.

  After paying for double chicken the last 3 times i've visited this location, this has been the end result- ALL THREE TIMES. The chicken is disgustingly chewy (like all fat), tastes raw, & is absolutely inedible.

  This is consistently one of the worst Chipotle locations around! They are late every single time. I just got in and they told me it will be 5 minutes later than announced. There were four people preparing food, in addition to the cashier and ONE person was preparing food, the others stood around twiddling thumbs. When I pointed that out, I just got a shoulder shrug. Highly inefficient operation: whenever a meal is packed up and ready to go, the person puts it behind the register instead of the pickup rack where people could see if it is theirs. And they stay there until somebody remembers to put them in the rack. Trash bins were overflowing, outdoor seating was wet long after the rain. Atrocious location. Drive to Medway for consistent on-time delivery.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I asked the cashier if they had bottled Coca-Cola, and they told me they didn’t. After I spoke in Spanish with my boyfriend, I felt that the cashier’s attitude toward me changed, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No one should feel judged or treated differently for the language they speak. I hope management reviews this situation and makes sure every customer is treated with respect and fairness.
