  I've gone to this McDonalds every week for about 2 years on Sunday when I pick up my son at his school. My son is pretty severly autistic and non-verbal but is generally well behaved in the store. This past week I sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for a hash brown and an apple pie. The workers all ignored me when I was trying to ask what was going on. Finally one of them came over to me and told me that they don't make apple pies until after 10AM but it was 10:30 already. I am starting to think that they don't want me and my son in there due to his disabilities as I couldn't find anything about them not serving apple pies at breakfast. This is really sadening as my son looks forward to this every week.

  This McDonald is really bad this morning I went to buy a sausage muffin they put egg on my sandwich and I said I have a allergic and I ask for lettuce and they told they can do that with a really bad words this is a worst McDonald I will not visit it again and the name Of the crew was Katherine

  My son and I have been coming to this McDonalds for lunch every Sunday after swim lessons for about 5 years. It used to be great. Over the past four months this location has been on a consistent and continual decline. The service has degraded so much that it strains belief. I have now had at least one missing item 9 consecutive weeks. The staff mostly ignore the indoor guests in deference to the drive through. We have waited more than 25 minutes for food sitting indoor three times in the past two months. The tables are dirty. You used to be able to put some water on a napkin to wipe the tables. But the water dispenser has been broken for three weeks now. I haven’t seen anyone cleaning a table in a few months. When our order arrives, almost always with missing items, it is difficult to attract the attention of anyone on the staff, who are focused almost entirely on the kitchen. Recently, my fountain soda cup was missing. I tried for 9 minutes (timer running) to get the attention of someone to come to the counter to help me. Eventually, I stepped behind the counter to grab a cup from the rack, only to have the manager appear from the kitchen yelling at me. Actually yelling. Final straw. Never coming here again. We will take our business anywhere else.

  Just horrible! Waited for 26 minutes just for a couple of value meals 🙄 was then given a coupon for a free combo meal which they refused at first to honor saying they don't accept those here when it was the very same manager that gave it to me in the first place! After debating about it they finally gave in and made me a crispy chicken deluxe, and the bottom bread was broken and all i got was a piece of gray chicken with 2 pickles. McDonald's framingham at 343 cochituate rd is the WORST restaurant in all of framingham! If you eat here then you deserve what you get!

  Went into for food with my family. Sat there for over 35 minutes and still no food. The restaurant wasn't even busy. Dirty tables and barely any napkins. When we inquired about our food and the wait, the manager gave us a complimentary meal coupon to use. Fast forward three days later and I come in with the coupon to use. The exact manager who gave it to us states we don't use those here. After explaining that she was the one who gave it to us, she got mad and took it. Ordered a crispy chicken combo. Upon opening the sandwich, they gave no toppings and broken buns. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way through either. They gave uncooked chicken because they didn't want to give a promo they gave out. This location has always been dirty and not maintained well. They really need to revamp this place. Employees and all.
