- JCJulia C:1 day ago2.0Used to love this place, has been my go to for 3 years. They stopped putting cream cheese on the bagels no matter how dead it is in there. I understand if theyre busy, but if theres no one in there I dont understand why they dont put it on. Seems lazy. This has been happening for a few months now. Ive also had the experience of them not putting sugar in my latte many many times despite that being the only modification I make on the order. I dont get 16 different swirls, just whole milk and sweetner. I dealt with it. Its an inconvenience, but whatever. And then this morning they made my $6 latte with iced coffee instead of espresso. Last time im going here, their service has really gone downhill. Sad cause I like the owner.

The sausage was also dried out gross and disgusting would not recommend. I almost feel like they gave me a sandwich that somebody else had ordered because they had it ready in less than thirty seconds.
