- CCChelsie CheneyJul 31, 20262.0The food and beverages were fine both days we stopped in from motel 6 next door. Staff was friendly enough… to the customers. I’m sorry but I don’t care what generation you are from, staff gossiping about their coworkers and management is just extremely off putting. I did my best to tune it out and not listen to the staff’s conversations and worry about my own, but when they’re shouting over machines to where Texans can here you from Massachusetts it’s a little hard to tune out. It’s unprofessional and really ruins the atmosphere for the guests. I realize this is just fast food, but if I had conversations like that back when I worked fast food we’d be fired on the spot. And to a worker there named Angela, please keep your wits about you and understand you are there to work not make friends… your coworkers were talking some serious trash about you to the point where guests (myself and my party) got up to leave because we were sick of hearing it. I’d keep your guard up at work girl, and trust no one there because they had a lot to say when you weren’t there to defend yourself.

You’re better off just going 5 minutes down the road to the Dunkin’ Donuts without a drive thru, will definitely not come back to this one

Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy, the employee spoke to me in an inappropriate manner and made me feel unwelcome. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a Dunkin before. This behavior does not reflect the standards that customers expect from your company. I am requesting that management review this incident and take appropriate action to ensure other customers are not treated the same way. I expect a response regarding this matter.
