- JNJulia Nixon3 days ago2.0I was in drive thru and was maybe waiting for like 10 just for my coffee and there wasn’t a line in the drive thru. I ordered a orea latte with the cold foam and the sweetened syrup and my coffee tasted so burnt I had to stop drinking it. The employee was nice and said they had been really busy but not sure if the machine hadn’t been cleaned or something. I also don’t think they added any of the sweet stuff or I couldn’t taste it. Bummer cuz I spent like $6 on it.

- DBdave busterMar 4, 20261.0I went in to get coffee using the drive Through. Tried to order a decaf coffee with sugar free. But the person taking the order couldn't understand what Equal or Sugarfree meant. When I got up to the window, the tall man working the window asked me for my card and I obliged. I asked for sugarfree again, and the person was very rude and said I should " SAY EQUAL, WHEN YOU WANT EQUAL " . They didn't understand it when I said it before and I didn't appreciate the rude tone of the person serving coffee. If you are in the customer service business, treat your customers with respect. That being said, they wont get my business anymore and I will mention about my experience in my circle.
