I ordered a medium coffee and two bacon, egg and cheese wraps — something I always get and that normally costs around six bucks. I handed eight dollars in cash to a Hispanic employee who barely spoke English. She started fumbling around, took forever to give me the coffee, and when it finally came, they only gave me one wrap. I told her I ordered two. She got completely lost, so she called another worker named Maria. Maria took at least another five minutes to bring the second wrap. I was stuck at the drive-thru window for almost ten full minutes. When I finally lost my patience and said I had paid eight dollars, that there were cameras, and that I was going to leave a review, Maria handed me the bag with the worst attitude possible and started ranting in Spanish inside. I always leave extra tip when I go there, and I was treated like I was asking for a favor. Terrible service and zero respect for the customer. Avoid this Dunkin' Donuts.

I ordered a orea latte with the cold foam and the sweetened syrup and my coffee tasted so burnt I had to stop drinking it. The employee was nice and said they had been really busy but not sure if the machine hadn’t been cleaned or something. I also don’t think they added any of the sweet stuff or I couldn’t taste it. Bummer cuz I spent like $6 on it.
