  This location consistently disappoints. I ordered a sofritas bowl, and it was mostly liquid with very little actual tofu. The corn portion was about two teaspoons, and the guacamole was about a teaspoon. I asked the employees whether these tiny portions were Chipotle's corporate standard or something specific to this location. They politely told me it was specific to this restaurant. I'm not a big eater, so this isn't about wanting oversized portions. The point of choosing a chain restaurant is the expectation of consistent quality and portion standards from one location to another. This location simply doesn't meet that expectation. After reading many of the reviews, it seems like management spends more effort responding to negative feedback than addressing the recurring issues customers mention. The lack of customers during my visit didn't surprise me. I gave this location multiple chances, but the quality, portions, and overall experience have been consistently poor. I won't be returning.

  Have been to Chipotle for decades now. This one was horrible. Portion size is so small and the staff was so rude. After this service I am here checking all these reviews. Well deserved.

  Horrible experience, by far the worst chipotle i’ve ever been at. Barbacoa had veggies that got dropped in, they charge $6 for double on barbacoa and give you barely anything and costumer service is awful. This place should actually close. If you’re looking for a chipotle in the area go at the one by the mall.

  This Chipotle is a newer location with good interior design. The food is mediocre at best. The service at this location is absolutely terrible. The folks working the counter and cashier would benefit from intensive training. They lack communication skills, cannot resolve credit card payment machine issues or deal with crowding. The latest issue today was to claim they provide no free cups for water. It appears to be an intentional strategy to force customers to pay for a drink. Stay away from this location if possible until its staffing issues are resolved.

  Horrible location. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I highly advise you not to go to this location. There are plenty of much better locations in the area to go to. First off, when we walked in there were two people trying to sell us something as we were trying to walk in the line to get our food. Next, we got in line and watched the people in front of us get scolded by the very rude manager Maria who I have never seen any manager, employee, worker, or any person in a business in my life. Then it came to our turn in line and my dad got chicken in his bowl. They gave him a little tablespoon of chicken and he asked for a little more and they said they were charging us double. We told the horrible manager that the portion of chicken was tiny and she yelled “no I’m charging you double” and didn’t let us remake the bowl. Then we asked for cups for water, which every single location I’ve been to gives us, and she said “no we do not give those” in a very rude way. Chips are also always stale here. Horrible location. Would never go back. I love chipotle and go almost every other week but this location is just awful.
