We ordered a Kids Quesadilla meal, where we normally receive the protein as one of the side items. At this location, we were told that the protein could only be placed inside the quesadilla and could not be served as a side. We explained that we weren't asking for extra protein—just the same kids' portion served on the side instead—but they refused. They offered to sell us an additional side of protein, which completely missed the point since we only wanted the standard kids' portion served differently. What made the experience even more disappointing was the attitude of the employee we dealt with. Rather than trying to be helpful or accommodate a reasonable request, the interaction felt dismissive. To make matters worse, the food itself was not good. One of the seasonings was overwhelmingly strong, and the chips were stale. Overall, this was by far the worst Chipotle experience we've had. We'll gladly drive the extra five minutes to our usual Chipotle in the future. After this visit, it's easy to understand why this location is much less busy than the other one.

Burritos from chipotle are known to be a generous portion size but this burrito was rather lack luster. Going forward I will not visit this Location, the portion sizes are never reasonable, they insist on using what left and give you meal that clearly needs more fillings. Upon checkout I had a free entree which they didn’t know how to use from the chipotle rewards app. I was told contact customer support. This will be my last visit here. The Chipotle in Shoppers World does a MUCH BETTER JOB and has better service. The shoppers world chipotle lines can be long but they are proficient unlike this location
