- JGJenn Gav2 days ago1.0Stopped in last night. They had enough workers. Someone could have went out to clean the tables. Sweep mop and take care of the trash inside and outside of your restaurant. I understand it gets busy. I've worked with restaurants myself. But this is unacceptable.

To start The lady at the front didn’t take my order for close to five minutes despite me being the only one in line. She then went on to get me a bowl and put white rice in it without me asking for either. The chicken today was shredded into pieces so small it looked nothing like the normal chicken. And after she gave me barely anything and I asked for a little more, she tried to get the cashier to charge me double. Thankfully the cashier saw how little chicken was in my bowl, and didn’t charge me for double. Overall I’m hoping it was just a rough day for the chipotle crew (we all have them) and not the new standard for Chipotle in Framingham.

I ordered a double chicken burrito with light rice and light black beans and guess what? Lots of rice, lots of beans very little chicken. Biggest mistake is that I didn't order through a third party app so I can get refunded for this nonsense. I am permanently done with this location and I want a refund for my burrito. I would've let this slide if I ordered third party because I've would've been refunded by now. Any chilpolte besides this one. Rip off portions and petty childish workers.
- DDDara D.Jul 15, 20262.0Always dirty and messy! Bathroom is alway disgusting. The bathroom door has had some brown marks smeared on it for two weeks now. The bathroom is always unkept and dirty inside as well. The dining room is always a mess with trash on the floor. I deliver for a third app here regularly and I would never eat their food because if they can’t keep the areas that guests can see clean I can’t imagine how they keep the areas behind the counters.
