Then when I paid for a fountain drink and went to fill it up none of the taps were working and the manager saw and laughed in my face rather than just say the machine wasn’t working before paying. Worst experience ever.

At first the lady at the checkout said they didn't have water. Huh?! Of course, there was a water button on the soda machine, so I went back and asked her again for an empty cup. She refused to give me one. Then I asked her if she would give me an empty cup for water if I paid her $1 and she said no! She said she would give me a cup for $3.75. I have never been to a restaurant where I am a paying customer and am told I have to pay $3.75 for tap water! Very poor customer service! I will not be back.
- YLYaritza LopezAug 23, 20261.0Came in and as I’m waiting in line I catch myself having to scream repeatedly what I want, lady still managed to put the wrong kind of protein in my bowl and as I verified with the next person that it was chicken, they both got incredibly rude, gave me HALF of a scoop of chicken, I understand you are busy but focus on one person at a time if you simply cannot handle more than that, there’s no reason why you’re upset and asking me “are you serious??😡😡” that you now have to correct my order because you’re flustered on having to get the remaining of someone else’s bowl, people that are there AFTER me.Getting disrespectful and giving half the amount of food you’re supposed to be giving is super inconsiderate, I just paid $15 for this visit and I don’t even want to eat it anymore. Stop charging people close to five dollars for the half of scoop you missed to give to begin with.
