  Not one of our 5 orders were correct and no one can be reached at the store to make it right.

  Absolute nightmare of an experience. It was apparent the staff didn't care about their jobs. It took 30 minutes upon entering for them to get through 6 orders. Just slow experience and incredibly inconsistent as well. I ordered the salmon + strawberry and my friends got chicken and falafel and their bowls were so much more full than mine. Mine had half the amount of food. That was after they got my order wrong to begin with because they misheard and they made it seem like it was our fault. Never coming back here again. Would rather just go to the chipotle across the street

  Both orders received had very different ingredients in the bowls that those listed on the receipts including allergens. They need better quality control disappointed by this location.

  My wife placed an order for 11:30 but I got there at 10:45 and stood in the regular queue since I was early. When my turn came, the server told me to stand on the other end and speak to the cashier. I spoke to her and she asked someone in the kitchen to prepare my order. 10 mins later I ask one of the ladies preparing the order and she says she can’t find me in the system because I came too early. Then the manager comes n tells me it will take few mins. It’s now 11:25 and my order is still now ready. The manager keeps explaining they are still on time since it is not due till 11:30. So I asked him to refund me my money back or why he couldn’t have prepared my order when I arrived or stood in queue. He was very arrogant and kept shifting the blame on me for coming early. When I told him I wanted my money back, he said to call the headquarters and that he can’t give me my money back.. and saying that the cava system is as such. Infact he gives the food to me at 11:29 and says look we are a whole minute early! Which just annoyed me further. I had to wait 45 mins. Not even sure how he got to be the manager there if he can’t handle a simple issue & blames his customers for being early. He could have at least warned in the start or apologized or provided another option so I don’t have to wait.
