  I've been here as both a customer dining-in and as a delivery driver for third party apps Each time I have gone in, there are a handful of employees who seem to not respect new customers. During my time there, I was given hand mations to hurry up with choosing my order, and even further attitude after apologizing and saying I am new. I went in the next day, greeted by looks from the same employees the day before, and as a delivery driver, my one item order was ignored and larger orders received after mine got out quicker. It's a shame, as the food itself is good.

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA in Framingham. The food was super fresh, delicious, and the portions were great. The atmosphere felt modern and clean, and the service was excellent. Joann was very kind, attentive, and patient while helping me with my order. he truly made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! 💚

  Chriss made this an experience one I’ll truly never forget! Let’s start with the amazing customer service. Chriss was quick to address my concerns regarding Cava’s proximity to Chipotle (the infamous E. Coli incidents). He quickly comforted me with some deep breathing exercises and calming affirmations. Next, He (if I may capitalize that h out of respect and reverence) kindly walked my elderly meemaw across the busy Shopper’s World plaza. I cannot thank Chriss enough! He will be receiving my first born that’s for sure.

  Food is decent when they get the order right. Maybe if the staff spent more time reading the order and not goofing off they would have gotten my order right. Got wilted romaine instead of Arugula and the bowl was barely full. Mostly just brown rice. Used to enjoy this place but this is starting to get to a point where I would rather not order ahead because its most likely going to be wrong in some shape or form. I would go to sweet green but they arent much better, so hoping the new Cava competitor coming across the parking lot will be a better option.

  Ordered online for a take out. The food was poorly made. The lentils were not cooked. Still dry and crunchy. Did not provide pita fries or chocolate milk in the kids meal that were supposed to be there. . They do not pay attention. This is not the first time. On top of it, had wait 10 mins right in front of their eyes to pick up the food, while one person watching videos on phone while two others having chit-chat inside. Finally had to yell to get the food out. You need to focus!
